Gareth Evans has joined RWE npower as its new head of HR operations. Evans will be responsible for progressing the HR agenda across the energy supplier's operational divisions, including policy development and employee relations. He reports to Saudagar Singh, RWE npower's HR director. He moves from Royal Mail Group, where he was head of industrial relations. RWE npower has recently shown its commitment to renewable energy by building a wind farm off the Welsh coastline.
