Linda Holbeche, adjunct professor, Imperial College London

Linda Holbeche is adjunct professor at Imperial College London, and visiting professor of SHRM and OD at Cass Business School and three other UK universities

A prolific writer and advocate of HR and OD, Holbeche held director positions with Roffey Park, the Work Foundation and the CIPD prior to becoming an independent developer, teacher, researcher and author.

Holbeche’s latest works include The Agile Organization and Influencing Organizational Effectiveness: a critical take on the HR contribution. She is president of the new Institute for Organisational Development and has an article coming out in November – Cultural shifts in the context of Agility, Journal of Creating Value (Sage).
