She is a member of the Rotork management board and is responsible for global HR and communications.
As Rotork undertakes an ambitious five-year growth acceleration programme her challenge has been to significantly re-position the culture, talent and operating model with people at the heart of the change. Since her arrival the FTSE 250 engineering organisation has also increased its gender diversity significantly across the main board, management board and senior population.
Prior to joining Rotork Callaghan led the HR team globally at Dyson. Her earlier career was spent at Lloyds Banking Group and at Vodafone where she was head of business partnering and head of shared services.
Callaghan is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a trustee and board member of Tetbury Hospital, one of only two hospitals in the UK run as a charity.
She lives in Bristol with her husband Adrian and French bulldog Claude.
