Jane Falconer, chief human resources officer, ISG

Jane Falconer is ISG’s chief human resources officer, joining ISG in March 2017. She was appointed to the statutory board in January 2019

With two Masters degrees in employment law and industrial relations and personnel management, and more than 20 years of experience, she is a leader who is able to build the strategic platform that enables the attraction, development and retention of great talent. She has a track record of shaping, transforming and delivering HR strategies that improve and enhance businesses, and a wealth of experience of directing successful employee engagement programmes that provide tangible outcomes.

As a key member of ISG’s statutory board Falconer is instrumental in supporting ISG’s continued focus on investing in its people, building ISG’s reputation as a great place to work by developing and delivering a dynamic and cohesive people strategy. She has mobilised a team that is well placed to shape and deliver what is needed to enable growth and build resilience in the business.

Falconer joined ISG from UTi Worldwide, where she was most recently the senior vice president of HR, responsible for shaping, leading and delivering the people agenda. Earlier in her career with UTi Worldwide she held the role of vice president of HR Europe and Africa, where she led and inspired the regional HR community to be ambassadors for change. Previously Falconer also has roles at Laing O’Rourke and Diageo.
