Andrews was previously HR director for the UK at Catlin. She worked closely with the UK business to develop the supporting HR strategy for the UK.
Prior to this she spent six years at Lloyds Banking Group, including three years as head of HR in North America.
Andrews started her career in HR as a graduate at Ford Motor Company, completing 14 years in the manufacturing business and then four years in Ford Credit, the financing and insurance business.
She has a BA combined honours degree, an MBA and is a fellow of the CIPD.
