Roberts was formerly head of HR at the chain, and has been with the company since 1989. Back then the company operated 26 stores in the UK but has now grown to 550 outlets.
Roberts said: "Since joining, I've seen the company grow beyond all recognition and played a major role in the personnel infrastructure that is necessary to underpin such growth. In addition, there have been a number of personal highlights, including passing my Master of Arts in HR management and gaining fellow status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
"Domino's has helped facilitate both my studies and my career path, and now - the icing on the cake - my appointment as HR director.
"I couldn't have succeeded without the support of my peers and colleagues - both the current team and all those who I've worked with in the past. I've been part of an incredible journey - and 20 years and 550 stores later, it's just got even better."
