Heineken upgrades employee eyecare scheme

Heineken has introduced a new eyecare scheme for its 2,200 UK employees.

The brewer has appointed Specsavers Corporate Eyecare to provide safety eyewear vouchers as well as VDU vouchers from Specsavers to meet the eyecare needs of all staff across its multiple sites in the UK.

Olivia Campbell, occupational health development manager at Heineken, said: "Specsavers' eyecare vouchers offer good value for money, save on administration time and are easily distributed to our employees across our multi-site organisation in the UK."

Heineken employees will also benefit from Specsavers Corporate Eyecare's Premium Club vouchers, which are available free when ordering any combination of Specsavers Corporate Eyecare vouchers, entitling the holder to a £20 discount on all glasses costing £99 or above.

The vouchers can be handed out among all levels of staff and they can be redeemed at any of Specsavers' 652 UK stores. Each employee is entitled to three Premium Club vouchers per year: one for themselves and two for family members.

The vouchers simply have to be presented at any Specsavers store for family members to be eligible for the same discount.
