InterContinental Hotels Group global VP of HR Tracy Robbins, Ashridge Strategic Management Centre director Stephen Bungay and Ceridian UK MD Doug Sawers will discuss managing multiple generations of workers, with a particular emphasis on the challenges Gen Y and millennials bring to the workplace.

As MD of Ceridian UK, Doug Sawers knows about managing a diverse workforce and draws on his nine years of experience at the company. He is a regular contributor to HR magazine, writing from an MD's perspective on a range on leadership issues.
Tracy Robbins manages one of the most international workforces in business at InterContinental Hotels Group. The hotel chain is filled with young staff from around the globe, so she offers insight into employee trends beyond the UK and as far afield as Asia and Australasia.
