Kasmir, who has previously featured on the HR Most Influential ranking, had been leading HR at FNZ since June 2012. Before joining FNZ, he was group HR director at Xchanging and has also held senior HR posts at BDO and Manpower.
“Having led HR and corporate affairs within and on behalf of high profile international organisations, I have gained important insights into what characteristics great leaders have in common,” said Kasmir.
“I will be using this experience to help GGI develop new training initiatives, and help its clients focus on the areas that will make their senior managers world-class. I will also be using my global network of HR and business professionals to help develop GGI’s business.”
