Working Families, the campaigning organisation for family-friendly workplaces, unveiled its definitive list of the organisations achieving success by creating flexible and engaging workplaces for parents and carers.
The winners were unveiled at a prestigious ceremony in central London today.
Entrants complete a unique benchmark survey, which examines flexible working practices and policies. This year saw the introduction of a new SME-specific benchmark giving small and medium-sized enterprises the opportunity to evaluate their current policies and to discover the business benefits of adopting family friendly working.
